Challenge:
The client needed 108 ergonomic chairs in custom brand colors for its new campus. The main challenge was to create chairs that balanced a stylish design with comfort for long work hours, all while meeting a 35-day delivery deadline.
Our Solution:
Logicfox immediately mobilized its R&D team and completed the color matching for the mesh fabric within 3 days. We allocated two dedicated production lines to the project and ensured daily IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), thereby maintaining a zero-defect rate despite the tight schedule.
Results:
All 108 chairs were loaded into containers within 30 days, five days ahead of schedule. The client reported that employee satisfaction with the chairs’ comfort had significantly improved.
